Coaching is by definition — at least, by my definition — a collaborative process. As an ICF and IPEC-certified coach, I help executives and sales managers reach their full potential as defined by them. While I work with a broad spectrum of consulting clients, my coaching practice specifically focuses on helping individuals take the next step on their journey. Topics range from helping individuals grow from manager to leader, learning how to integrate most affectively with a new team, and uncovering what is holding them back. The 1:1 coaching experience can be very rewarding for both parties. It is intense, hard work and very revealing. My approach to the process is one which assumes that all of the answers lie within.
